I’m Charlene Kennedy, Registered Dietitian and the owner of Kennedy Nutrition.  After almost 20 years as a dietitian, much of it at The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, I feel privileged to say I love my job! 

In 2009, I started the journey from a hospital-based dietitian, to private practice.  Early in this transition, I developed an interest and eventually expertise in nutrition for rehabilitation.  Fast-forward to today, Kennedy Nutrition has grown from just me to a group of Registered Dietitians.  We pride ourselves on our down-to-earth approach and realistic strategies to nutrition care.    

From everyday health challenges like food allergies and picky eating, to serious health issues and injuries from accidents, we provide evidence-based recommendations that are customized to each client’s unique situation.
